As a credentialed media member for one of the most successful collegiate athletic departments in the country, Travis has a unique perspective of how a strong culture can translate to both on- and off-field success.
Travis has also executed and/or consulted on numerous Name, Image, and Likeness (“NIL”) partnerships. His deep understanding of this space led to him being asked to speak to a nationwide coaching clinic about the current and future state of NIL with insight on how coaches can best navigate the uncertain road ahead.
As the Vice President of Business Development and a Certified Team Sports Consultant, Travis helps coaches and athletic directors navigate the current state of athletics with an emphasis on retention, recruiting, and reaching each roster’s ceiling. Balancing a deep admiration for the historical impact of athletics with keeping a finger firmly on the pulse of an ever-changing landscape has aided Travis in helping teams prepare for the future while optimizing the present.
Before his sports media career, Travis was an award-winning restaurateur. He employed hundreds of people across five restaurants over nine years of owning restaurants in Oklahoma. His leadership and ingenuity through the COVID-19 shutdowns earned him national recognition. Locally, he was named Entrepreneur of the Year by the local Chamber of Commerce for his work.
